Charming, Relaxing Screened Porch

In Midlothian, VA, this client transformed their existing deck into a charming, relaxing screened-in porch. We preserved the sturdy brick pillars, rebuilding the deck with pressure-treated Premium Southern Yellow Pine that brightens the space with a natural glow. For the ceiling, they selected Solid Vinyl Soffit, paired with two ceiling fans to enhance airflow on those warm summer days. The addition of a beautiful cocktail railing in the color Moringa, part of Fiberon’s Sanctuary Series with white vinyl line railing, accented with sleek black ¾” aluminum balusters, perfectly complements the porch’s style. To complete the look, we ensured the roof and siding seamlessly match the house, creating a cohesive, flush appearance.
