Service Request Calls

$250 for a previous roof that we have installed/replaced.

$299 for a roof that we have not replaced or repaired.

• Roof Replacement Estimates are given FREE of no charge. Our estimator will schedule an appointment with you and proceed from there.
• Roof Repairs/ Roof leak investigations, where we schedule a service technician to come out, we charge a minimum fee of $______
• This includes a diagnostic fee of the issue, as well as an hour of labor.
• Job-specific materials that are needed to complete the work are an additional cost.
• Some cases we may complete a basic repair while you review the estimate.
• If our service technician finds that the work needed to repair is very extensive, we can give both a free estimate for a full replacement and an estimate for the repair work.
• If the customer approves of the repair estimate or full replacement estimate – the minimum service visit fee will be applied/credited to your final amount due at the time of completion.
• We will not collect money until the service technician has completed his investigation.
