$500 for roof investigation

• We will schedule a technician to inspect the roof, assess any necessary repairs, and provide a detailed repair recommendation along with pricing. $500 is the minimum repair cost and may exceed that limit depending on repairs necessary. 
• If our service technician finds that the work needed to repair is very extensive, we can give both a free estimate for a full replacement and an estimate for the repair work.
• If the customer approves of the repair estimate or full replacement estimate – the minimum service visit fee will be applied/credited to your final amount due at the time of completion.
• We will not collect money until the service technician has completed his investigation.
• Roof Replacement Estimates are given FREE of no charge. Our estimator will schedule an appointment with you and proceed from there.
