Screen Porch Refresh in Midlothian

This 16’ x 12’ screen porch had an elegant makeover on the rear of this home. You will find Trex Select deck boards in Pebble Grey creating a base for this project and adding a cocktail railing to entertain guests. White vinyl rails are installed throughout the interior perimeter with accent of black in the balusters. We created an A-Frame roof to get a vaulted ceiling and open concept feel for this customer.
